Yonssis operates three main production bases: South China Production Base in Dongguan, China (70,000 m²), Southwest China Production Base in Chongqing, China (30,000 m²), and our Thailand factory (2,600 m²).
Across our facilities, we support key manufacturing processes such as copper stranding, cable extrusion and wire harness assembly, combined with structured quality control to ensure stable performance and consistent output.
In our Dongguan factory, we have dedicated stranding and extrusion capability, assembly lines, and a well-equipped test center. We also have machinery for most types of wire harness assembly and work with a strong network of qualified subcontractors to support flexible production capacity and reliable delivery.
